I own roadmaps, milestones, risks, and launch readiness for consumer mobile, web, and API programs used by millions of daily active users. I drive go/no-go decisions at consumer scale. And I build AI agents into the delivery workflow itself.
I turn ambiguity into execution plans. At Snap I drove release governance and go/no-go decision-making for 10+ major consumer product launches per quarter, coordinating partner teams across AR and camera products on iOS, Android, web, and API surfaces.
I delivered an internal content platform that lets product teams ship in-app content to 400M+ daily active users, drove the company's first content-monetization path for creators from charter through launch, built a vendor program of 8+ offshore engineers, and cut open high-priority issues from 150+ to roughly 10 a month with a cross-team operating model adopted by engineering leadership.
I also build AI into the delivery system itself. My Claude Code agents draft specs, score risks, and generate status reports. My public program repos show that workflow running on a real product.
I run my own product as a public program. Every roadmap, spec, risk register, and release gate is on GitHub. AI agents I built automate the routine parts.

I'm actively exploring TPM, program, and project management roles in consumer tech and AR/camera products. I bring delivery discipline and technical depth.
